Walgreens Settles Pseudoephedrine Case

The drugstore chain has agreed to pay $1.3 million to settle cases in which it was charged with illegally selling OTC cold medicines containing pseudoephedrine. The company is also investing another million to track purchases of products containing the ingredient used to manufacture methamphetamine.
