Walgreens to double its number of Village Medical Clinics in 2022

Walgreens plans to have more than 160 Village Medical Clinics in operation before the end of the year. It currently has 80 open to patients. The drugstore giant has a 63 percent stake in Village Medical after investing another $5.2 billion in the company last year.
