Wall Street Shies Over J&J's Price for Pfizer

Household names, such as Listerine, Sudafed and Nicorette, come with Johnson & Johnson's $1.6 billion acquisition of Pfizer's health-care business, but shares of J&J were down 1.8 percent yesterday with many investors saying the price was too high.
