Walmart is partnering with Web3 creative studio People of Crypto Lab to launch “Cultureverse,” an immersive metaverse experience celebrating Hip-Hop’s 50th anniversary and the transformative power of Black culture. The experience, hosted on the Spatial metaverse, pays tribute to Hip-Hop’s pioneers and explores its evolution’s impact on art, music, and fashion. Walmart’s initiative also aims to broaden technology access for Black creators through its Black & Unlimited platform, fostering innovation, inclusivity, and digital connections between brands and consumers.
