Washington Mayor Threatens To Sue Kmart

A Kmart store that was to be built in the nation's capital was put off when the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Now that it has emerged, Washington's mayor, Anthony Williams wants the chain to make good on its promise to build a store or else the city may sue.
