Washington Pharmacists Reverse Course on Plan B

Guest contributorWashington state's Board of Pharmacy has reversed its previous position and now wants to let pharmacists refuse to dispense the Plan B contraceptive pill or any other drug as a matter of conscience as long as patients are referred to a pharmacy that will fill the order.
