Wayfair Introduces a High-Value Customer Loyalty Program

Home goods giant Wayfair has launched a new high-value customer loyalty program called Wayfair Rewards, allowing for even more customer savings and exclusives.

According to a press release, Wayfair Rewards Members will have exclusive access to even more benefits to the significant value and convenience the brand is based upon. Rewards members accumulate benefits and rewards that can be used toward future purchases and have access to perks such as free shipping, exclusive sales, and special offers and discounts. 

Wayfair’s Chief Commercial Officer Jon Blotner shared details of the customer reward program in the release, stating, “We designed Wayfair Rewards to deliver extraordinary value to our customers with meaningful perks that can be felt immediately. Whether you’re embarking on a remodel or just looking for a new throw pillow or kitchen gadget, our diverse catalog combined with our new rewards program ensures members get exceptional savings every time you shop with us.”

Customers are encouraged to enroll in the Wayfair Rewards membership program. The price is $29 per year and applies to Wayfair’s family of brands including Wayfair, Joss & Main, AllModern, Birch Lane, Perigold, and Wayfair Professional.

Some of the benefits of Wayfair Rewards include savings, member-only exclusives, and other offers. Customer perks begin with 5% back in rewards across all merchandise from Wayfair and its family of brands. Rewards accumulated never expire “as long as customers maintain their membership.” All rewards can be applied toward future purchases. Wayfair Rewards members have access to members-only sales, early access to major events including Way Day, free shipping on all items, priority customer service, and special perks including a birthday offer.

Blotner noted that the company wants to make home decor “easy and affordable for people to create a home that truly reflects their style and meets their individual needs.
