Wendy’s Is Giving Away Free Hamburgers & More Deals for the Super Bowl

Until Feb. 12, Wendy’s is offering a free Dave’s Single with any purchase made through its app. This popular menu item is a tantalizing mix of a quarter-pound beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomato, ketchup, mayo, and onion nestled between a toasted bun. To claim this, all you need to do is to find the deal under the “Offers” tab on the app.

But that’s not all — Wendy’s is keeping the Super Bowl spirit alive by offering free delivery for orders placed through its app during the big game.

In 1984, Wendy’s set the cultural stage on fire with its humorous and memorable “Where’s the beef?” Super Bowl commercial. Now, 40 years later, the fast-food company is commemorating this classic ad with a week full of fantastic deals.

Proving again that nostalgia sells, Wendy’s fans can also join in the 40th anniversary celebration of the iconic “Where’s the beef?” catchphrase. For this, they can purchase a vintage-inspired T-shirt from Homage, an Ohio-based apparel company. The Homage x Wendy’s Collection has six unique designs to choose from, each priced at $32.

Wendy’s is serving up even more deals this month. Until Feb. 14, Wendy’s Frosty Key Tags are on sale for $3 each. These tags grant you one free Jr. Frosty with any purchase daily until the end of this year. You have the option to buy a physical key tag or a digital one while placing a mobile order, which can then be used through the app. A wholesome 90% of the sales from these key tags will go to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, a charity focused on providing permanent homes for children in foster care in the U.S. and Canada.

But Wendy’s isn’t just about throwbacks and deals; it’s also about innovation. Recently, the chain expanded its menu with a new breakfast item — a breakfast burrito. This hearty meal includes a tortilla filled with two eggs, six strips of applewood-smoked bacon, seasoned breakfast potatoes, two slices of American cheese, and Swiss cheese sauce. To spice things up, it comes packed with two Cholula Original Hot Sauce packets on the side. These breakfast burritos are now available at 4,500 select Wendy’s locations across the U.S.
