WHO warns 'immediate second wave' awaits if lockdowns lifted too soon

Dr. Mike Ryan of the World Health Organization has said that there will be a "second wave" of the novel coronavirus in the fall and that governments that lift stay-at-home orders too quickly or without enough safeguards may see "a second peak" of confirmed cases and deaths.
