Whole Foods settles with NYC in overcharging case

In answer to last summer's charges of mis-priced food items, Whole Foods will pay a $500,000 fine to New York City’s Department of Consumer Affairs and has agreed to regular in-store audits and other measures to assure greater pricing accuracy.
