Will Wal-Mart Build DC in Maryland

Twelve dollars an hour might not seem like much to many, but to people in Somerset County on Maryland's Eastern Shore it is a lot. That's why they are hoping Wal-Mart doesn't shelve its plans to build a DC in the area.
