More Kmart and Sears stores to close

Transform Holdco, the parent company of Kmart and Sears, plans to close nearly 100 additional stores. The latest closings follow a previous announcement that 26 Kmart and Sears locations would close in October. The two chains will have about 400 stores still in operation.
