Papa John’s founder gives $1M to historically black college

John Schnatter, the founder of Papa John’s who resigned as chairman of the company’s board after making racially insensitive remarks that became public last year, has donated $1 million to Simmons College of Kentucky. Simmons is the only private, historically black college in Kentucky.
