Associates say Target cuts hours after raising wages

Target has announced plans to get to a $15 an hour minimum wage by the end of next year. While it is raising wages, however, associates claim that management is reducing worker hours to keep costs down. The loss of hours, some worry, may affect workers’ ability to qualify for company-offered health insurance.
