Neighborhood Goods plans to reinvent the department store
December 9, 2019
Neighborhood Goods is opening its 4,500-square-foot store in Chelsea Market in New York’s Meatpacking District today. The store operates by giving brands — legacy and digital startups — the opportunity to get in front of consumers. Unlike traditional stores, which predetermine space and assortment for suppliers, Neighborhood Goods allows vendors to determine how much space they will get, how they will use it and for how long.
