IKEA is known primarily for its flat-pack furniture, but its Swedish meatballs may be a close second. Now IKEA is working on a plant-based alternative to its standard fare. The chain, which has made sustainability a key part of its operating ethos, has also pledged to offer more foods compatible with the goals of the Paris Agreement on climate change.
