Panera Bread is selling bread, bagels, cream cheese, fresh produce, milk and yogurt in addition to its usual menu options in an effort to boost sales. The chain’s CEO Niren Chaudhary said that Panera lost half of its business after it was forced to close its dining rooms due to the coronavirus pandemic.
