LVMH wants to call off a $16 billion deal to acquire Tiffany & Co. The owner of Dior, Luis Vitton and other luxury brands is looking to back out in light of a market severely disrupted by the coronavirus pandemic. Tiffany has filed a suit against LVMH in an effort to keep the deal intact.
