Walmart is returning firearms and ammo to store shelves after removing the products as a “precaution” against social unrest following protests in Philadelphia that erupted after the shooting of a Black man in the city. Gun and ammunition sales have jumped in recent months in response to novel coronavirus stay-at-home orders, racial unrest and protests across much of the U.S.
