E-commerce forecast to be 25 percent of global retail by 2024

A Group M forecast says that global retail e-commerce will total $3.9 trillion in 2020, or 17 percent of global retail sales, excluding food and delivery services. The total is expected to rise to $7 trillion by 2024, or 25 percent of retail sales, and hit $10 trillion by 2027.
