Inflation making consumers more budget conscious

Eighty-six percent of Americans report having to pay more for products than they had been and yet 72 percent have not seen a corresponding bump in their earnings. This has led to some belt-tightening with 83 percent of consumers planning to make adjustments to avoid exceeding their household budgets.
