Aéropostale and Forever 21 owner files for IPO

Authentic Brands Group, which is part owner of the Aéropostale, Barneys New York, Brooks Brothers and Forever 21 retail businesses along with many other fashion brands and media properties, has filed for an initial public offering of its stock to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the “AUTH” symbol.
