L Brands is releasing current and former employees from nondisclosure agreements tied to cases in which sexual harassment has been alleged to have taken place. The retailer, which is in the process of separating Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works into two publicly traded companies, has said that each chain will spend $45 million over the next five years on programs designed to promote diversity and inclusion.
