Macy’s goes to court to keep Amazon off its flagship’s roof

Macy’s has asked its landlord to prevent Amazon.com from placing a billboard on top of its flagship Herald Square store in New York City. The department store claims in a lawsuit that the billboard would cause “immeasurable” harm to its business should its landlord, Kaufman Organization, allow it to go through.
