SHEIN is planning an initial public offering in 2022 and will list its stock on the New York Stock Exchange, according to two people familiar with the matter. The company’s founder Chris Xu is also considering changing his citizenship to get around the Chinese governments rules regarding IPOs outside the Asian nation.
