FTC fines fashion brand for suppressing negative reviews

The Federal Trade Commission has said that Fashion Nova will need to pay $4.2 million to settle allegations that it suppressed customers reviews that gave it less than four out of five stars. The fashion brand, which maintains its innocence against the charge, blamed the issue on third-party software that it used.
