Connecticut mall turns to non-retailers to drive traffic
March 28, 2022
The Stamford Town Center has leased space to non-retailers such as The Ballet School of Stamford in an effort to fill spaces vacated by retailers. “We feel they [the mall’s management] are really looking at what is the future of a mall,” Marti Etter, co-founder and executive director of The Ballet School, said shortly after the opening. “What we believe is that we can help [the mall] and they can help us. That synergy is what makes everything work.”
