A South Carolina state court judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought against Bi-Lo, Kroger, Publix and Piggly Wiggly by mustard-barbecue sauce maker Maurice Bessinger who claimed the chains violated his rights for refusing to sell his product that included a Confederate flag on the label.
