Some companies push workers harder to return to offices than others

Sixty-nine percent of mid- to large-sized employers are requiring workers who can do their jobs remotely to return to the office at least some of the time, according to Gartner. Twenty-six percent want their employees at their desks three days a week. Seventeen percent require workers to show up twice a week and four percent ask workers to come in once a week. Thirty-one percent have no minimum requirement.
