VillageMD exploring merger with Summit Health

VillageMD, which is controlled by Walgreens Boots Alliance, is in talks about a possible merger with Summit Health, the parent company of CityMD. Walgreens plans to open 1,000 VillageMD clinics inside its stores by 2027.
