Kmart and Martha End Squabble Extend Deal

Kmart and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia have reworked the terms of their agreement and extended it through 2009. Kmart has also dropped a lawsuit it had brought against Martha Stewart for overcharges on royalty payments.
