Krispy Kreme to pay $1.2 million for OT violations

Krispy Kreme has agreed to pay nearly $1.2 million in back wages and damages to 56 workers for failing to pay overtime. The doughnut chain disputes the case brought against it and said its decision to settle is not an admission of wrongdoing on its part.
