Employers plan to hand out raises for 2023

Employers are planning to raise workers’ wages by an average of 4.6 percent next year, according to a survey by Willis Towers Watson. The raises would be the highest annual bump in 15 years, although they would still trail the rate of inflation, which is above seven percent.
