Former Heinz exec named next CEO at Unilever

Hein Schumacher, the non-executive director of Unilever, will become the consumer packaged goods giant’s next CEO in July when he replaces Alan Jose. Mr. Schumacher, who worked more than 20 years at Unilever before moving to Royal Ahold and then Heinz, is currently CEO of FrieslandCampina, a Dutch dairy company.
