Apple gets a win in App Store legal challenge

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit ruled that a lower court got it right in 2021 when it ruled that Epic Games, the maker of Fortnite, had failed to prove that Apple’s App Store policies violate federal antitrust laws.
