Grocery Workers Approve Contract in Seattle

Members of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) Local 1105 and Teamsters Local 38 have approved new three-year contracts with grocery chains in the Seattle market. The unions agreed to concessions on healthcare but did not go along with a proposed two-tier pay system.
