Kwik Trip has been named a Top Workplace in southeastern Wisconsin for 13 years running. The convenience store chain focuses on hiring the right people, onboarding between eight and 10 percent of its 200,000 applicants every year. Kwik Trip then gives them the tools they need to succeed. Forty percent of the company’s pretax profits go to employees through profit sharing and contributions to retirement accounts.
