Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a distribution platform specializing in outdoor living products, has announced the acquisition of C&R Stone World Inc., Stoneworld Utah L.L.C., and Cedar Stone Supply, Inc. The three companies, collectively known as Stoneworld, are leading distributors of natural stone, masonry, hardscape, and landscape supplies. This strategic move by OLS expands its presence in the Mountain states by adding five new locations in Utah and Idaho.
Stoneworld, founded in 2003 by Rhett Robison, has gained a strong reputation and customer base over the years, leading to regional growth and a prominent position in the market. The existing management team of Stoneworld will continue to operate the business, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining the high level of service customers have come to expect.
Brian Price, CEO of OLS, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, citing product synergies and growth opportunities. Rhett Robison, the owner of Stoneworld, emphasized the alignment of values between the two companies and the potential for employee and customer benefits. OLS aims to support the growth of its partner companies by providing resources, technology, and training while enhancing the overall customer experience.
The acquisition was facilitated by Trilantic North America, a private equity firm focused on middle-market investments in North America.
