Amazon’s action raises concerns about its climate pledge

The retail, tech and logistics giant said it was bringing its “Shipment Zero” initiative into its broader climate pledge rather than highlighting a single aspect of its program. Reports have suggested that Amazon has failed to adequately assess its carbon footprint, raising concerns that it is not being transparent with stakeholders.
