Jared Bowen says he was let go by Wal-Mart after blowing the whistle on Tom Coughlin. Wal-Mart denies that and has hired Eugene Scalia, the former lead attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor between 2001 and 2003 and son of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, to represent the company.
