Robert E. Hey Jr., a former vice president at Wal-Mart who reported to the retailer’s former vice chairman, Tom Coughlin, pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud yesterday. Mr. Hey admitted manipulating invoices to embezzle money from the company.
