Marsh Supermarkets has signed a definitive agreement to sell the chain for $11.25 a share to Sun Capital Partners. Whether it will now rethink that after having received an unsolicited bid for $13.625 per share in cash from Drawbridge Special Opportunities Advisors LLC and Cardinal Paragon Inc. remains to be seen.
