Lewis Stepping Down as Sears’ CEO

Aylwin Lewis is stepping down as the president and CEO of Sears Holdings on Feb. 2. W. Bruce Johnson, executive vice president, supply chain and operations for the company, will take over Mr. Lewis’ position on an interim basis.
