Former Wal-Mart Vice Chairman Given New Sentence

A judge added 1,500 hours of community service to the previous sentence handed out to Tom Coughlin, the former vice chairman of Wal-Mart Stores, for his conviction on fraud and tax evasion charges. Mr. Coughlin was sent back to court after the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals determined his previous sentence was too lenient.
