Walmart Loses Minnesota Labor Suit

A state judge has ruled that Walmart broke Minnesota labor laws by requiring hourly employees to work off-the-clock. The retailer could be fined up to a $2 billion in the penalty phase of the trial set to begin on Oct. 20. Walmart is considering an appeal of the verdict.
