Duke to Become Next CEO of Wal-Mart Stores

Mike Duke, vice chairman of Wal-Mart Stores international division, will become the company’s new president and CEO in February when Lee Scott retires. Mr. Scott will remain on as company chairman. Eduardo Castro-Wright, the head of the retailer’s U.S. business, will be promoted to vice chairman of the company.
