Sears Buys ‘Social’ Search Engine

Sears Holdings announced that a newly formed subsidiary, SHC Israel, Ltd., has purchased Delver.com, a small social search engine based in Israel. Sears plans to use Delver to help it “build more meaningful relationships” with its customers.
