KFC Debuts $5 Bowls Including Anticipated Return of Fan-Favorite Flavor, Nashville Hot Sauce
January 7, 2025
KFC has introduced a new series of five flavor-packed bowls for a limited time, including fan favorites such as the Famous Bowl and the new Nashville Hot Loaded Fries Bowl.
Fans of the fast-food chain can indulge their cravings with these hearty, warm, comforting bowls this winter for just $5 each. According to a press release, five flavor-packed options are currently available at restaurants as well as to order online through the website or app.
New to the menu is the Nashville Hot Loaded Fries Bowl, which includes crispy fries, coleslaw, pickles, and five Original Recipe Nuggets, drizzled with Nashville Hot Sauce, which is returning for a limited time. You can also get the Nashville Hot Mac & Cheese Bowl for $5, which pairs the fast-food icon’s creamy mac & cheese with five nuggets and Nashville Hot Sauce. There’s also the Nashville Hot Famous Bowl, featuring mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, three-cheese blend, nuggets, and Nashville Hot Sauce.
If you aren’t a fan of Nashville Hot Sauce, you can always try one of the original bowls, which contain the same great ingredients the brand is known for — just without the spice. These include the Mac & Cheese Bowl and Famous Bowl.
“KFC was the first brand to bring the bold and spicy flavors of Nashville Hot nationwide and we’ve amassed a fandom – so have our Famous Bowls and Mac & Cheese Bowls,” said Catherine Tan-Gillespie, chief marketing officer and development officer for KFC U.S. “Our KFC Bowls are hearty and packed with flavor for just $5 each — that’s a winning deal.”
2025 Brings More Value and Flavor to KFC Fans
In 2025, KFC is also introducing two digital exclusive menu items: the Korean BBQ Mac & Cheese Bowl and the Korean BBQ Loaded Fries Bowl. Both of these menu options are also just $5. The Korean BBQ features a flavor palette of soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and sesame.
Also, the chain will honor Quitter’s Day, when most people give up on their New Year’s resolutions. On Jan. 10, KFC is turning Quitter’s Day into Chicken Cheat Day. On this day, the company will give its rewards members an exclusive deal drop. However, customers must sign up for KFC Rewards to take advantage of the limited-time deal.
Rewards members automatically earn 10 points per dollar they spend on eligible purchases through their rewards account. Points can be redeemed to unlock free items and access exclusive, member-only offers in the website’s Secret Recipe Vault.
