Subway Offering BOGO Footlong Subs for Valentine’s Day. Here’s How To Get Yours

February 14, 2025

Subway is giving a discount to Valentine’s Day celebrators on a budget. The sandwich chain is offering a buy-one, get-one offer for footlongs. Here’s how to get yours.

Subway BOGO Offer

According to PEOPLE, as of Feb. 10 and available for a limited time, the sandwich company will offer buy-one, get-one-free sandwiches, ensuring that you and your loved one do not go hungry this Valentine’s Day.

Fans can take advantage of the limited-time offer by using the promo code FLBOGO on Subway’s website and app. The bargain applies to almost all sandwiches, with the exception of The Beast, 5 Meat Italian, and Garlic Roast Beef, and can only be used once per order.

Whether you’re planning a Galentine’s Day, a friendly hangout, or a night out with someone special, the national sandwich chain’s deal is sure to make your next meal an “Eat Cute” with freshly created quality sandwiches to love and share.

While Subway inspires your next sub connection, the company also recognizes superfans who have made the eatery a permanent part of their love story. Julie and Zack Williams went to the sandwich chain for sandwiches in 2017 and ended up finding a soulmate. They sealed the deal with a 2021 wedding, made even more delicious with a footlong-inspired photoshoot at the Subway where they met, according to a press release.

“Eight years ago, my mom noticed a cute guy grabbing a sandwich at our local Subway. I’m so glad she decided to embarrass me by sharing my phone number because I ended up meeting the love of my life,” said Julie Williams. “This year we’ll celebrate four years of marriage and four years since Subway gave us the coolest wedding photo shoot — decked out with our favorite subs and a footlong wrapped convertible!”

Footlong OREOs?

For fans who are looking to enjoy a meal on a budget at the sandwich shop, they can pair their BOGO footlongs with a footlong OREO cookie.

According to Restaurant Business, the sandwich company released the OREO Footlong Cookie, which is available nationwide for a limited time.

While Subway previously collaborated with Atlanta-based GoTo Foods, the parent company of Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon, to create footlong churros and pretzels in June, the business stated that its recent collaboration with OREO was the first of its kind.

“Subway worked closely with the OREO cookie experts to create something that fans of both brands are going to love — the ideal blend of our popular double chocolate cookie with the delicious crunch of their signature cookie and creme filling,” said Paul Fabre, SVP of culinary and innovation, in a press release.

“OREO cookies capture our passion for quality ingredients and maximum flavor, making them the ideal partner for Subway’s first Footlong Cookie collaboration,” Fabre continued.

Subway has had a significant success story with the Sidekicks collection. According to the corporation, approximately 13 million Footlong Cookies have been sold to hungry customers since the chocolate chip cookie’s introduction last January. During the holidays, the business also introduced a seasonal option: the Double Chocolate Peppermint Footlong Cookie.

Fabre previously told Restaurant Business that the Sidekicks were capitalizing on the snacking lifestyle. “People come in and order a Sidekick to have as [a] snack, or buy multiples to share as afternoon snacks,” said Fabre. “They’re a quick addition and offer great value for the guest.”

According to Ad Age, Subway has issued a request for proposal for its advertising efforts in the United States as part of an ongoing retooling of its advertising strategy in response to some sales and traffic difficulties. “We have issued an RFP for our creative, advertising and paid media business in the U.S. as part of a regular business review,” the company said in a statement to Ad Age.
