Consumer Reports: Poor Customer Service Causes 64 Percent to Walk Out of Stores

Among retailers ranked by consumers as worst for customer service, according to a new Consumer Report phone survey, were Walmart and Sam’s Club. Generally, in the study, participants cited the inability to get a person on the phone as most irritating.
